When I moved to South Shore during my college years, I was shocked to find I lived just a few blocks away from The Jackson Park Golf Course. Sometimes, I’d sit on the sidelines sketching golfers, capturing the elegance and motion of the game. Watching weekend golf tournaments with my dad became a cherished ritual, and visits to my Detroit family always included them telling me about the game —they never missed a chance to tee off. This sweater, inspired by my 2020 painting Tiger from the Mookie on the Southside series, pays homage to those memories and the timeless spirit of Jackson Park. With a rich blend of USUWE 93 artistry and classic golf heritage, The Jackson Park Knit is designed to celebrate every round and every story that tees off here on the southside.
Besides this piece I also added a new cross body bag and tapestry.
